Return & Refund Policy
At Oriental Pharmacy, customer satisfaction, product quality, and safety are very important to us. Because our products are dietary supplements and wellness products, returns are handled carefully to protect product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets all of the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The safety seal, outer packaging, and product label are intact.
- The item is in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or unsealed supplement products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with broken or removed safety seals.
- Products not in their original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the package and shipping label.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval and return instructions from our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping
For approved returns due to customer preference, wrong product selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an error from our side, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement solution after reviewing the case.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is related to a confirmed mistake, damaged item, or incorrect product.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank, card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the return policy will apply after delivery, if the item is eligible for return.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
A refund or replacement may be considered if the order is confirmed as lost by the carrier or if there is a verified delivery issue.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Refusal to receive the shipment.
- Failure to respond to courier delivery attempts.
- Customs delays, import restrictions, or local authority decisions.
- Customer failure to pay required customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.
9. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
If an order is refused due to customs fees, import restrictions, or failure to complete local delivery requirements, any refund will be reviewed after the package is returned to us, and shipping, handling, payment processing, and return costs may be deducted where applicable.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process, as we will be required to follow the investigation process of the payment provider, card issuer, PayPal, or Stripe.
This does not affect any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
