At Oriental Pharmacy, we aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and reliably. All orders are shipped through DHL, one of the world’s leading international shipping carriers.

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping to available international destinations through DHL.

Shipping availability may depend on the destination country, local import rules, courier service availability, and any applicable restrictions related to dietary supplements or wellness products.

If we are unable to ship to your destination after your order is placed, our support team will contact you to arrange a suitable solution.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and processed within 1 business day.

In some cases, processing may take 1–3 business days, depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, public holidays, payment review, or fulfillment conditions.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping delivery time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time appears on the product page or during checkout depending on the destination and shipping option.

Under normal conditions, most orders are delivered within 3–7 days after being handed over to DHL.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • DHL service availability

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Local delivery conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Any delays caused by customs or local authorities

4. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the shipment is handed over to DHL.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of 3 bottles or more.

This offer may be applied automatically at checkout or displayed as part of the available shipping options, depending on the destination and cart conditions.

Orders below the free shipping requirement may be subject to shipping fees shown at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Clearance Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local charges, or any other customs-related costs may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the full responsibility of the customer.

Oriental Pharmacy is not responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local authority charges

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Rejected shipments due to local import restrictions

  • Any requirements imposed by customs or local authorities

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for making sure that the ordered products can be legally imported into their country.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Oriental Pharmacy is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned shipments, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, delayed, or requires reshipping because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, return fees, customs charges, or related costs.

8. Failed Delivery or Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses to receive the shipment, fails to respond to DHL delivery attempts, does not complete customs requirements, or refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed according to DHL or local customs procedures.

In such cases, any refund request will be reviewed only after the shipment status is confirmed. Shipping fees, return fees, payment processing fees, customs charges, handling fees, and any related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, damaged during delivery, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

  • Tracking number, if available

  • Clear photos if the shipment or product arrived damaged

We will review the case and coordinate with DHL where applicable. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details may be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and responding to DHL or customs requests when needed.

Failure to respond to delivery or customs communication may result in delays, return, or non-delivery of the shipment.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Because Oriental Pharmacy products are dietary supplements and wellness products, some countries may have specific import regulations, restrictions, or documentation requirements.

Oriental Pharmacy does not guarantee that every product can be imported into every country.

The customer is responsible for checking local laws and import requirements before placing an order.
